Run this command in your friend's terminal and watch the show...

echo "exit" >> ~/.bashrc

See how long it takes then to figure out what's going on.

    Actually I removed my Ubuntu yesterday so can't test it now ..

    @Vaibhavkumar Well it appends the exit command to the .bashrc file(that loads every time you start bash), this means that when he starts bash or opens the terminal(if he has set bash as his default shell) it will imidiatly close
