Way to get unsupervised changes into production.

This is how our, "developers" (who don't actually know how to code, and have a terrible concept of sysadmin best practices) operate.

If someone requested I update production code via sftp, I'd smack them with a newspaper. 😡🗞

Only problem is, it breaks everything 5 days down the line when that file is required by new code and was wiped by a deployment that doesn't have the file because some thick shit forgot to add it to the repo.
