Hey guys! Quick question!

If I write an article on my blog (WordPress), then copy it and paste it word by word on LinkedIn, Medium, CSharpCorner and CodeProject.

Would my blog will be effected? Will Google kick me out of their indexing? I'd be my own content.

@runfrodorun so you're saying, as it'd he easily identified that all posts from different sources belongs to same person, so there won't be any issue what so ever?

I would say that it would impact your rankings as it would be duplicate content. You could post a unique snippet on each platform, linkedin, Facebook etc and put a link back to the original article on your blog.

Google is fairly smart when it comes to duplicate content, make sure google understands that your blog is the original.

"Syndicate carefully: If you syndicate your content on other sites, Google will always show the version we think is most appropriate for users in each given search, which may or may not be the version you'd prefer. However, it is helpful to ensure that each site on which your content is syndicated includes a link back to your original article. You can also ask those who use your syndicated material to use the noindex meta tag to prevent search engines from indexing their version of the content."

If you post your content on for example linkedin you probably can't have the noindex meta tag but you can include a link back to your original (which should be enough for google to apply the duplicate content ranking penalty to the linkedin post rather than to the original article)
