So a client wanted work with me on a project and the first conversation he did with me is :

Listen I already had an worst experience with an developer from india. The reason I am doing it with you is because I was referred by someone I know very closely.

I’m stunned!! Confused should I be happy or mad🫤

@jestdotty oh ya, speaking on a non-racist tone, we get used to us being nice is normal tha we forget to give ourselves some credit.

I'm not saying "treat yourself and be an asshole once a week" but give yourself a pat on the back.

Also me not saying doesn't mean you can't just do _that_ but if you decide to do that, tell us which day is it so we can join you and make it more fun and chaotic <3

@SidTheITGuy more than a full time employee earns in a month in a FAANG level MNC.

@jestdotty guessing I am not/ won’t be terrible as this is an Australian client referred to me by another Australian client of mine whom I served for almost 4months. And if he is suggesting my profile to someone else, I think I did a pretty decent job
