There is a deep lesson in your short rant. Bravo!!

You don't use Scrum to just build the house. You use Scrum to build small iterations of parts of the house until you eventually have the house. Then it's not a big deal if a client decides he wants a boat instead, you just put a motor on it and exchange the curtains for sails.

@Vherus Issues arise when the client decides that needs the bathroom first, you deliver a porta-pottie because you have no specs for it and which of course happens to lack a TV, a sofa and a bed, so to the client eyes it becomes the worst bathroom ever.
