So this is a comparison of mobile contract prices in Europe which include 50 GB per month. I think I don‘t want to live in Germany anymore 😓

France: 14,49€
Swiss: 25,46€
...
Germany: 199,95€

You guys make me even more envious 😅

@PuzzlesDev can't you buy a contract from another eu country? now that roaming costs are history?
  • 3
@heyheni no, thats not how it works, you have to spend at least 60% of the time in the country you got it from.

@heyheni There are some limitations, because then no German would use a German contract... I think you have to be in the country of your contract for a certain number of days per month or something similar.

@hube lol what did I say... Is it better now?
  • 3
    I pay $30 for 3 :(

Though tbh i have gigabit fibre so i dont leave the house much

@IllSlapU Not necessarily. Typically it is. But my Spanish professor would teach the textbook then teach us the actual way people speak.

For instance, the word in our textbook for "milk" is often used for "cum." He was like "Please don't use that in the real world...like ever."

@IllSlapU @hube well then, I totally feel the French in my heart hahaha. But jokes aside I feel like those who were learning Spanish in school instead of French are a lot better in it than I am in French, I guess Spanish is easier and I mostly focused on English throughout school. But I agree with you generally that learning rules by heart didn't help because I'm very forgetful, I usually write everything by 'feeling'.
And thanks for correcting me, I'll probably forget it though, I don't really use French aside from listening to some French songs, so I don't really have ways and reasons to improve it.

In France, that low price is the effect of a third operator called "Free" that came in the game about 5 years ago with a plan at 20€ for unlimited calls and 3Gb internet. It was a game breaker, and right now that plan give 100Gb on 4G, and maybe 20Gb on 3G.
But we have the most expensive taxis in the world..
