ars14054190dPhysical training is good in general due to how connected our body and emotional well being is. The fact that heavy workout is tough, and that you push through it anyway does something to your mind to build resilience and discipline. It’s easily one of the best things I’ve decided to do, and it pays off in so many ways that at this point I’d feel like a complete fool if I skip it.
Mental and physical training are heavily linked. If you improve in one you will improve the other.
I do not really know why modern people in the west are obsessed with “accepting” mediocrity or outright harmful lifestyles. Yeah, being a land whale is bad for you. So, go train and improve your diet. Your body will tell you on its own how it feels, no need for steroids abuser social media celebrities. No need to be a stick or a beef cake. -
lungdart3362189dI train so the day death comes, he will have to subdue me first. I ain't going without a fight.
What is the purpose of physical training? To resist the natural decay of our bodies in the face of nature.
What is the purpose of mental training? To resist forces that seek to influence us for their personal gain.
What is the purpose of emotional training? To resist the persuasive manipulations of those who would lead us astray.
