    Like everything on this planet it depends on people you meet.

    You never know, for example they appear to be nice but you feel something is not right because they are to nice and you land in nightmare when they start treating you like a slave. They’re rude and demanding and it turns out they got some private life problems and you’re rewarded with big bonus out of nothing.

    Best advice, don’t have any expectations, do your things, be prepared for the worst, don’t give a fuck about how people behave and learn how to talk and look at them to see what they’re really made of.

    And most important don’t be scared to say no and quit when you feel it’s not the thing you want.

    I have done contract to hire but I was thinking about one of those services like flexwork, fiver or upwork because fuck hiring managers.
