Ctrl+Shift+R in chrome and Firefox Nightly will do a refresh and ignore the cache as well.

RAZERZ26537yThis occurs to me as well, what I do is open the css file in my browser, refresh the changes there and then refreshing the page which uses that file

ebroda1847yI had something similar. On a site I am administrating I replaced a header banner. Previously it has been green, now it is blue. I hadn't renamed the file and so most browsers still used their own cached version (there are also some mystic caching header set ...). But this leads to some funny questions like "Why is this blue on your machine?" - "It's since three weeks ..."
