Nah.. But if you're a US citizen your ISP could now decide what's served to you on a fast or slow lane or that some service isn't available to you at all either because you haven't booked the right package or the service in question didn't pay your ISP extra. Or your ISP could decide to no longer support Google and instead bends all searches over to Bing.

Maybe streaming videos, whether it's YouTube, Netflix or Hulu now costs extra after 6pm.

Yeah, its probably be like the pre-dsl era when phone charges where lower past midnight and we used to call to the internet provider so we could connect at an outstanding 56k connection @dustypaws
