Aren't seagull and pigeon just some rats with the wings?

A lot of things on this list you can touch and not regret. Pigeons for example, definitely able to corner and pickup with ease.

Some things you really don’t want to touch tho are: lepers, mercury, hydrochloric acid, pesticides, Ebola victims, poisonous frogs, fentanyl, cyanide, etc…
