I wish I could share this code with y'all, holy moly, it's bad.

It stinks so much, it hurts.

And now I have to write more bad, stinky code to add a feature that will be used until this thing will get shut down by end of next quarter. Because trying to write good code in this thing is impossible.

It's okay to share a snippet. We won't tell, pinky swear.

@dissolvedgirl oh my....I want to gouge my eyes out!

Aside the obvious better use of case statements. Why not simply aggregate all response status codes in an array and be done with it?

This developer got payed per lines of code I assume.

@NeatNerdPrime There are worse code than this, but I just can't show it all, it's just too much!

The one file meant to deal with application administrator functionality and pages is 24698 lines long. It is called adam.js. The other file meant to deal with candidate functionality and pages is called candi.js. At first I was like wtf are these weirdly named files for and then I realised the author(s) of this code are fucking children that have been given keys to drive a race car.

My IDE is so slow, because of the amount of errors it detects.

The people who architected this monster should be punished. Seriously. Who the fuck let them near a computer?!
