How the fuck is possible that my phone counts 1.9 gb used of mobile data and my mobile carrier counts 1.8 gb?!

Carrier is either counting 1gb as 1024MB or it's just not updated.

Or you have unlimited data to a specific website such as Facebook and the data used doesn't count there

Some carriers are a day behind,
a lot count 1000 mb as a gig rather then 1024mb,
if you use a VPN it’s a bit of guess work,
and free access to some services will throw it out as well.
Some apps are not as accurate as others.

@olback @VikiMaster2 no, it's simple, carrier it's a totally shit. It's impossible to find someone in Italy that says "I never had a problem with Telecom (TIM)" or "Telecom never stole me moneys"

And other carriers are worse. In Italy we have net neutrality but we have all shitty mobile/home ISPs

They need something like 8 months and 3 technicians to activate my home internet connection
