jestdotty570452dlion's mane (cured an autist's ADD apparently, causes neurogenesis)
bacopa monneira (make brain work good idk)
uridine (coats nerves)
fish oil (coats / regrows nerves)
choline (relaxes)
green tea / coffee / dark chocolate (gogo)
nigella sativa (regen factor)
maca cured my ADHD I think or something else did. boy I felt it when I first took it but now I don't even if I stop it for a long time (hormones)
iodine might help if you don't eat iodized salt (spindles)
people swear by tumeric / curcumin but I can't feel it (GABA/reduces neurotoxicity)
people also swear by theanine but I can't feel it
olive leaf cures Alzheimer's and nervous system fungus infections and cured one dude's autism once
oregano oil also evidently cures Alzheimer's but I'm allergic to it so hit or miss for me
ADHD people have lower IQs and get Alzheimer's quicker
nattokinase will also remove Alzheimer's plaques if you built any up, and has a side effect of reducing your chance of clots and strokes -
atheist998952d@jestdotty "ADHD people have lower IQs" AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The Alzheimer's thing is prolly true tho. Fortunately I'll be dead by then. -
typosaurus1222452dI don't know an ADHD person that isn't happy. I do know some regretting spontaneous things like buying a kano or smth, but it's not that that doesn't happen to everyone.. I don't really like ritalin tough. Makes me sus of everything.
It's awesome to be never bored.
I never mention my label because people think always lesser about you then like IQ stuff above.
I know someone who has being diagnosed itself made him almost not functional anymore. He thinks there's smth wrong with him. Yeah, he's a true autist in someway, doesn't read the room, but is social as fuck but always scared he's acting weird because of his diagnoses so always apologizing to people and stuff.
My dad was a carpetender teacher and he loved the ADHD guys, they're many times in such professions. Also I had a friend doing crazy stuff all the time until he find carpetending. I think he had ADHD, he just needed to make himself a bit tired with hard work I guess. As bartender he had crazy life -
atheist998952d@jestdotty so anyway once upon a time one of my colleagues was being a dick to another one of my colleagues and they made the comment that learning difficulties were a made up excuse for stupid people. I had been very open, I'm diagnosed with ADHD and Dyspraxia and probably have ASD too but they don't give you drugs for that so I'm less bothered. They brought me into the conversation and the guy being a dick went very quiet because I was a junior in the company doing work that only 1 other person could do and providing assistance to half the (30 people) company as a result. We're bad at *executing*. I dispute we're not clever.

atheist998952d@jestdotty brain damage due to oxygen deprivation can mimic symptoms of ADHD but doesn't respond to medication. One of the assessment questions should be about whether a person's birth had complications (which can lead to above)
Enough weaponised ADHD and ASD and I can do anything. As long as it's interesting. And doesn't take very long. And doesn't require dealing with people.
