Now now, I wouldn't say your programmers are exactly insanely good Ubisoft.

The programmers are good, i know a few of them. The issue are the deadlines, they try to finish up as good as possible.

I know the devs who work on the engine technology and they are literally some of the most incredible devs i know, i dont think you fully understand just how much effort it takes to make a AAA game...its the deadlines and spec changes that introduce bugs

As a programmer you should know better than to blame design and decison mistakes on the programmers.

Heroes is management speak for devs that are available at all hours and don't question ridiculous deadlines and other shenanigans.

@Hammster - Well that's what happens when you try to release a new game every year with almost identical mechanics but slightly different story. Ubisoft kind of seems divided into two parts, one which loves makes games and makes genre changing ones, and the other who cares only about money and will make anything to earn more.
