You nailed it! Coffee is the relevant substance, not caffeine (at least for me).

Why not order caffeine powder and dissolve it in a glass of water every morning? That's even stronger than coffee
Be careful not to overdose though -
kyubiii317y@Krokoklemme get some cold brew coffee! Way more caffeine than normal coffee, tastes good, low acidity and you're unlikely to overdose

But I conditioned myself to feel more productive if I have a cup of a hot beverage besides me (be it coffee, tea or something else, preferably coffee). -
Wozza638787yOr stop drinking caffeine drinks entirely and drink water or juice. Works out way better in the long run. I find most people get grouchy after a few hours without caffeine.
Plus the effect when you do occasionally have caffeine is usually pretty massive as it loses its effect with regular use. -

Wozza638787y@Krokoklemme yeah it's difficult but I managed it. For a week or two it will suck and you'll probably fall asleep when you get home from work. But drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruit and veg. Apples are one of the best replacements!
