    Oh boy, I tried all these things but still I'm sometimes awake in bed after three hours of thinking about "Why are we still here?"

    The answer is simple. You escape reality and read a book.

    Do it. Read a book.

    It's kinda ironic that when we google how to stop overthinking we're overthinking overthinking

    A common curse of developers. Did you find any advice that you found useful?

    Living a balanced life really helps, lots of devs live very unhealthy lives. I've worked in different teams and I find there are far too many stereotypical unhealthy programmers everywhere. Keep the bedroom only for sleeping and.. you know...other things. Don't stare at your phone or computer past 10 pm, your brain needs to know it's bed time. Cut out sugar from diet, don't drink so much coffee. Exercise is by far my favourite way to unwind and clear my head. Try eating clean, non processed foods, people often don't realize just how much a bad diet can affect brain function.

    I think you're overthinking it. It's simple, just stop overthinking.

    @DuckyMcDuckFace
    Do you honestly believe it's that easy? If so, you have the clearest mind I've ever heard of. I haven't met anyone else with a silent mind.

    What's your secret?
