Any advice you like to comment ??

Say nice things about your last job. Express regret about leaving, but say it's time to move on because you want to progress your career.

When they ask if you have any questions, don't say "er, um, no". Have a few things to ask, like about development process, agile method, version control, QA.

Offer to kill one underperforming current employee to demonstrate loyalty and free up a chair.

Do NOT allow the interviewer to see your lizard form.

I think that just about covers it?
