This is your yearly dystopian reminder that Wordpress enjoys a 43.5% website market share. I think it was lower last year at around 41%. So it grew I guess.

    @Lensflare honestly, for ma an pa shops its great. But I think serious web dev is done elsewhere.

    I don't understand how we continue to run load bearing services on a language where you can't even store a fucking object in memory (not on disk, and not in the memory of a different program that you call through the network) between requests.

    I keep having node projects pushed into my plate. I’m jumping to game dev. But until my game releases AND makes enough money (big if), I’ll suffer through it.

    I have huge disdain for PHP and a functional, hate filled, and productive relationship with WordPress.
