I'll always have a bad taste in my mouth with ASUS after buying a laptop from them that came with a motherboard that didn't accept additional RAM despite that fact that it was supposed to be expandable... it turned out to be an issue with every laptop that shipped with that motherboard. But no fixes, nothing from ASUS. Just stuck with 4GB of RAM until it was finally too slow to function...

@adamyeti you need to up your ram a specific way, 1 slot you swap and start your pc new, swap another one until you are finished... its a shit process but i did do it with the PC i mentioned here doubling its ram...
