What are the cons and pros of having one hdd, and two Operating systems .. windows 7 and linux .. i tried a while ago but i messed it up .. because i was at the beginning and didn't much about linux and grub :/

    If you want to toy around with Linux I would suggest running it in a VM. This way you don't have to fuck with partitioning and shit.

    VMware has a free player that works AWESOMELY with every distro I've ever tried.

    @intromatt well back then i had 2gb of ram .. i couldn't really use vm .. now i got 4 .. so that seems a great ideea .. thanks man

    4gb. Hrm.. That should be fine but let's be honest, 8gb is the minimum sweet spot today. @ClearOFf

    @intromatt i got ddr2 667mhz .. i won' t buy 8gb of ddr2 at the same price of ddr3 .. 😂 i will wait until i'll have enough money to upgrade my whole pc
