So sort of following up on my previous post. Career-wise, when do you switch from Exploring (accelerating) to Exploiting (the you got off the pedal and just cruise along)?

Yes I read that book maybe a year or so ago... Perhaps it finally clicked...

Anyone else have any read it, have any thoughts on it?

Tho it seems I've come to the same career path on my own, I'm strong in the acceleration phase at the moment.

I'd probablly go from accelerating to cruising in my mid/late 30s. But it all depends on how I feel, maybe I'll be accelerating till I retire lol 😄

It is stressful tho, you're always the dumbest one in the room. But it's also rewarding, you grow alot.
