It can go from Classic Rock to Progressive to 80's to Opera to Soundtracks.

The only one I don't listen to is Classic Music.

@altermind Same. I have the hardest of hardcore ADHD and anxiety. I can't work because I have ADHD and anxiety, and I get more anxiety because I can't work. I love music, and sometimes i can get into while hammering down on something focus intensive, but usually I just end up being distracted.

Math rock and noisy instrumentals.

I usually listen to BBC R1 or The Football Ramble podcast when I start to get stressed out over a bug.

It's seriously the biggest hurtle in my learning, though. I can sit down, completely pumped and ready to learn, two minutes later I have to go do something else like watch a movie to take my mind off the anxiety and let it settle.
