I’ve had that at various places. It’s just a mindset thing.

Linq has helped tremendously in the .NET space, as most people have a fundamental intuition around certain things now.

As soon as you start getting into currying, partial application and heaven forbid monoids and monads the eyes glaze over.

I love exposing people to it though, and I see it as a great teaching opportunity.
