"Argue about requirements" that why we're taking too long for our project. If you're alone, you can complete the task before the deadline. Plus, lack of empathy is a real deal for every team.

@fullsnack-dev yeah at my job we have multiple meetings, followed by the creation of multiple documents to, in example, true story change one line of code that follows a different naming structure that doesn't effect anything except make life easier for people
