I always keep a backup jib. Meaning that if I get fired or leave the comoany I will find another one without problem.

What I wanted to say is that when someone asks me to change something days before launch, I tell them the new deadline or not to change at all. PERIOD.

I tell them first nicely and if they don't listen, I raise my voice.
