retoor610533dYou couldn't have expected it was only flowers and sunshine, if everyone would've felt better by not eating, everyone would just do it. It's effective but comes with suffering I guess. In the Netherlands (or Europe?) ozempic is popular to reduce weight. Iirc, Elon Musk did use it too. They say it's unhealthy tho, but every medication has tradeoffs I guess.

kiki3654733d@retoor I feel bad every time I overeat. This includes a variety of symptoms, and awfully nasty burps is one of them. Instead of making my unhealthy appetite go away, ozempic just put my body into that awful state 24/7, WHILE keeping me hungry. That’s not the way to go, that’s the worst of both worlds

CoreFusionX367632dDon't really think anyone has the answer to this all. I mean, I have IBS. No one knows why, no one knows how to deal with it.
No pattern has been observed (and believe me, I try really hard to).
So the conclusion is just do whatever you want, or makes you feel good.
In my case, junk food. "Healthy" food has always wrecked me, but I can have fast food nonstop and no issue whatsoever.
So, conclusion, you do you, and that's it.
Day 14 of starving myself to death challenge. For the first time, I feel worse.
