Curl + some bash aliases is enough to replace postman imho

Edit: even easier to use than postman because you don't have to use your mouse to click here and there

By far the best API tool is Paw for the Mac.

One thing I found with both postman and insomnia is I would like to just have the 'workspace' saved in a folder of my source code git project.. but of course they want you to sign up for their team experience.

A gui is nice for a one time test but I feel if you are developing test cases it will be better just to have scripts for this..

I use Chrome so I add restlet to every instalation.

Let's not forget that Postman has really good automatic testing features which Insomnia does not have.
