Who uses bootstrap in 2018?

Everyone in 2007 or so: you should use jQuery for that.

Every (shit) designer right now: you should use bootstrap for that.

I mean, you can do good things with it. But it's overrated and if I'm on a site I can almost always tell if it's bootstrap or not.
If it's a small site just write your own god damm HTML & CSS. You learn a lot more than just using bootstrap.

@olback damn near everyone. If I am making a basic intranet app for a user why should I spend valuable time on design for their admin pages and content? There are a million bootstrap templates out there that will work out of the box. I still dislike it tho, if it needs heavy customization then bootstrap is a no go for me. But for shit that does not need customization the boostrap defaults are more than enough.
