The InfoSec community has been trashing her so hard, and for good reason after seeing how she ran the program. Sadly, everyone in management thinks they can run a security program and I hear it everyday from irrelevant wannabes: "Oh just put a firewall right there, hurrrrrrr".

A few jobs back, our Infotech manager had trouble mounting a flash drive or doing complex stuff in Word. At least she said all her flash drives were encrypted using the Win7 Bitlocker. Still, that Infosec team was next to worthless.
