Update on my shitty manager.

He's been in HR training and leaving me the fuck alone. So it's a win so far.

    I've never seen HR give someone training. only fire people for saying they feel uncomfortable around the employee...

    @jestdotty I’ve seen them chastise people too, but that’s it.

    Chastise -> transfer -> fire
    That’s like their entire toolkit.

    Get documentation that reasonable action was taken so that if they're sued they're not liable.

    What about being on the "improvement program"? Which is the company saying "we tried" before axing.

    Maybe I should have added a “paperwork” step? Then again they document everything as it is.

    Chastise+paperwork ->
    Transfer+paperwork ->
    “Improvement program”+paperwork^2 ->
    Fire+paperwork ->
    Update company policy to threaten employees so it’s less likely to happen again
