I woke up early for an 8am today that got moved to tomorrow because one frontend dev couldn't make it.

I was angry enough I responded, "Could you do this the night before in the future?" with 😴 😩 emoji.

I had an 8am Monday, 9am Tuesday, got up for an 8am that didn't happen today and now there's an 8am tomorrow.

The letter "meeting" here is silent.

Ouch, I had a surprise 6am this week on monday... organised on sunday. Good thing I was up late so I could check my calendar

You guys wait in the frontend dev?

That would so not happen altogether.

Don't direct your anger to the person who was late - but rather at the concept of having early meetings.

They are always prone to last minute cancellations, cause it will happen that someone goes to bed the night before thinking everything is fine only to find out the next morning that the are ill, or the sitter cancelled or they are late.

Argue that meetings should be booked later - to make sure there's less risk of last minute cancellations and annoying non-morning-people.
