Linux mint is being a little shit. I can't safely eject my flash drive without "emptying the trash?!!!!" I don't remember if previous versions were more stable. This isn't the first time dumb shit stopped working. Should I install an old version or jump distros?

    @Torbuntu Cinnamon. Because for some reason Cinnamon recognizes some special keys on my laptop

    @Torbuntu Nope. I just delete stuff from the drive like normal. Granted this drive gets used on Mac, Linux, and Windows. Here's what happens when I try to "safely remove" the drive:

    @Torbuntu Yep it works but then it doesn't recognize the drive until reboot.

    @irene I know how to use Ctrl-h irene. I reformatted the drive on a Mac and it still didn't work.
