Circled the d**k's head, wrote boss' name and drew an arrow pointing to the circle.

Titled the board reason for me leaving.

Last I heard, they filed a case against him. Not sure about the outcome of it.

@Lahsen2016 heh, in Northern Norway you can call a police officer a fucking horse cock and he can’t do anything about it. There’s a list of words they have to accept. Though, in Southern Norway, that isn’t the case

Enforcement of that law would be purely subjective: you cannot prove nor quantify offense, and people could feign offense at anyone they didn't like. Thus, people could get anyone they wanted in trouble for basically anything. That's horrifying, and absolutely not how laws are supposed to work.

@ibrahmin13 Calling someone a dickhead should not be illegal. Even if it's on the front page of the newspaper. It's simply not criminal. Its expressing an unsolicited opinion -- who cares?

If instead it was accusing him if a crime (e.g. murder), it would be libel or slander -- those are illegal because it's character assassination.

But a random insult like "Dickhead"? That's just ridiculous.

Refer to emotional distress.

In a civil lawsuit, you do not need to prove beyond doubt a certain argument, only tip the scale.

You have a lot of people claiming emotional distress as a last measure when they don’t have a case, often just to counter. Watch any prime time judge show on cable ( or don’t).

Therefore, I think the idea isn’t to prove you are offended or distressed, simply make a case that certain events occurred that would most likely lead to emotional distress or pain.

E.g. stalking, harassment, defamation, negligence, etc.

Anyway, that is the case for emotional distress. I’m no expert, these are just my thoughts.
