@themissingbrace basically the guy was socially awkward and somehow thought it was appropriate. Some of the points he made were true, some of them were just judging people by their degree or how they behaved in his eyes. Because of that the management didn't take his writings seriously and it didn't have an impact afterwards. But the story lives on as a legend. If I remember right he named the file <company>.pdf 😁
