A friend of mine has stuff like that as a study subject, he told me a few hours ago.

It seems like it's a trainable thing, a must for sportheads, and i quote "the difference between your average disco-pumper and a true sportsperson".:D

I guess for musicians like @ewpratten it's not that big of a deal either, depending on which instrument they play i'd say.

That might be it for me, I play guitar and piano. Also, 27 years of video games.

@daintycode I played drums for a long time and that taught me to keep movements separate.
