otavio6167y@Devnergy 13 inches without the touch bar, 8gb of ram, 255ssd and core i5. Very happy with it. I found it so beautiful and the keyboard is a joy to type

Yes. Last time I had to install it it took me almost a whole day (download + install).
-
otavio6167y@shellbug it’s finally over. A little more than two hours to download and install. I seriously thought it was stuck

Congratulations 😁😁 enjoy it!
Btw, if u don’t code for Mac OS or iOS, I recommend not using Xcode and just using the command line tools with editors or IDEs of ur choice... it’s faster and a lot more enjoyable to me at least...
But hey, if it works as u expect and like, more power to u 🤗🤗 -
otavio6167y@Electrux I code for iOS using react native, so I have to use it sometimes. And thanks man ! Already see a huge difference in performance compared to my old machine

@otavio oh cool then... I use MacBook myself and I must say... except for the customization which is not nearly as good as Linux, m way more than satisfied 😍
-
otavio6167y@Electrux I don’t care about customization at all. I just want to sit and do my stuff without issues. So for me, it’s the best OS... I looked into other machines but none were able to convince me...

@otavio for u then, it literally is perfect... just take good care of it 😁
I usually like to format my iPhone and MacBook once a month or two just to calm my OCD... and i like to start fresh with editor themes, fonts and stuff 😜
