    why doesn't anybody think that "not sitting around looking at a screen" might be a solution to feeling like a liveless piece of useless shit? Make up some real life projects apart from a screen, damn it!

    I don't think I said to my self that I work too hard while working. I kinda realize that after I wake up at the desk without knowing when I fell asleep 😅

    Then there's the other eternal battle.

    - "You're too stressed and tired, you should sleep more."
    - "You've slept till 1 PM, you're being useless and wasting your life. You should work more."

    I stopped gaming entirely because it made me feel lazy. Going outside and hiking/whatever helps me get away from work without feeling like a bum. I rarely feel like I'm wasting time when I'm outside.

    I can relate to this... I think about design patterns while playing games, then I think about playing games while I'm working. :/
