I'm starting to think that I could listen to some podcasts while I work, to learn things in the background.

Would you recommend good podcasts?

I'd like to listen to software dev good practices, or real life dev stories to learn from. Also videogame dev related would be good too.

I listen to The Game Informer Show podcast for general gaming news—more focused on the game playing side, but they have really good developer interviews too. The Game Design Roundtable is really great at diving deep into topics related to design and the industry—the hosts are mostly tabletop game designers, but they cover tabletop and video games equally, and also have great interviews.
