Last year, my company sent me to India to coordinate stuff.
Me, to my wife: "They've chosen me because they trust my social skills."
Her: "OMG, what is the rest of the company like?!"

@Bitwise Actually, it was pretty easy for me. I just assumed that I would screw up unless I prepared, so I googled a lot. Indians are friendly people, and once you know how things works in India, it's easy to get along.

It's more difficult for Westeners who think that they have social skills, don't google, and then fuck up because India isn't the West.

We're not anti-social we're all just not very user friendly.

Relatable cause my company is sending me to india too! But for the moment i said no to not see ppl 😂😵
