    Mastered is a strong word. But I know some CSS... (it's Turing complete, ok? ^^)

    Damn it, thought this is the chance to splash a witty comment, but you included "programming" before languages.

    On topic though - I don't still quite feel I "mastered" any language, there's always something new I discover and I wouldn't be able to work on the actual core of any of those.

    Which programming languages I know or use a lot, is a different question and would be much more easier to list.

    Haskell (I know nobody uses it. Just learned it for fun. Was a great help to understand algo's)

    Mastered none. Adequate in mixed c/c++/qt, unity engine c#, mysql and php.

    I would not say master, but I am pretty good with Python.
