Had someone try to log into our application today from IE7, what the actual?

    I heard that banks use old outdated software such as Windows XP and stuff. Hell, some of our apps that runs there (we have some bank clients) still runs on .NET Framework 1.0 and no plan to upgrade it. I remember I had to develop it using a VM running Windows XP with Visual Studio 2000.

    @ranggawiratno Can confirm that, at least for my bank (in Germany). They actually still have leased lines and employees can't really go online... At least so I was told by an IT guy there. When advising them about the fact that a 5 char length maximum on an online banking password is a little 80s for my infosec related taste.
