I would say that as a general rule, if you're gonna bitch/rant about work to strangers on the internet, don't make your company identifiable and don't use names. As long as you're vague about who you are and who you work for you should be fine.

Now if you're using your email name as your screen name maybe you should rethink that.

This describes most of the jobs I’ve ever had, admittedly, that’s largely because they ended up paying me to leave, and that comes with some lovely legal requirements.
