@rstular My guess is that it's Slovenian. And if I'm correct, than this is from an OMV gas station (I think the fuel "brand", Maxx Motion 95 is exclusive to them), so this is from one of these convinent locations

If you want to narrow down even further exactly where this was taken, you could check the employers registar and see how many employees is OMV hiring in Slovenia with the first name "Željka" (the reciept says so), and then call up OMVs Slovenia headquarters and ask where they were working with the full name if the person (or a few full names)...but I think that is a bit overkill for your situation :D

I would be quite upset.

@Root It is not ok :) But is happens. People are just too busy these days, so there mind is somewhere else, it is not so hard to miss a gas pump handle to pick wrong up. No damage was done. Car was fixed in 1h by road-help-assurance for free. In mean time I went for a beer with friends. Great day :)
