Are you by any chance using "Interflex"? I can only open ours using an ancient bookmark to a holiday confirmation, which contains a button to the start page. If I just open the start page, I'm not logged in and can't logged in, because it doesn't accept my username+password for some reason.

Nope, doesn't work in IExplore for me either with Interflex.
