I am scared :< every day our boss comes in and blames someone that he did some shit.... He Never came to me... maybe he think I'm not working... Should do some issues too or I get fired :O

I hate when a boss only speak up to say shit about co-workers, he disappear when all things are good! you're doing a good job I guess but he wouldn't say anything

I have faced this in past but at that time i thought i was doing good. But i was one of first few to get fired in a situation.
How i handled this in my next job?
In spite of doing regular work in good manner ONLY, i expanded my work area to team's process of work etc and played well. Now today they are asking me not to leave....
