Complaining that I'm a "senior" and he expects more from me (ignore that he's been making that complaint for 3 years and it's only been my job for less than 1)

Now complaining that I'm taking time to teach someone about something that they don't actually need to know.

I'm so fucking done with this job.

I also was not allowed to help a certain colleague anymore. Waste of time mentioned. From then on, the poor girl was with her head on the keyboard. She had just a lot to learn, but does actually get there with some time invested. But when no time is invested, she's a 100% waste of money. They fucked up the hiring process and do not invest. What a businessman.

they didn't want me to spend any time with the interns and viewed it very aggressively as a waste of my time

if only they had that perspective with those useless meetings instead. maybe they could've hired some of the interns instead of them all leaving because they never interacted with anyone from the company much less fulfilled that "learning opportunity" half of the contract with the education institution to be allowed to have unpaid interns
