    It appears just after the video and also it has a google captcha if you’re blocking them.

    It’s between the video and the PDF download for me.

    Maybe on a desktop/ laptop it’ll show its self to you.

    I can only select Australia/ New Zealand for mine.

    Where you from @sdushantha, might need to trawl the internet for a link in your region.
