Depends, do you yell at people for no reason? Demand unrealistic deadlines or hate people trying to do their job? If not, you're probably fine. <3

@GMR516 As I said I work with awesome people, I leave them the administration of their deadlines. I don't like to bossy around for two reasons: first some of my team members are better than me in programming and second I'm the first who procrastinate in everything so if it's impossible for me to respect unreasonable deadlines why do I have to impose them to other people?
