Its hard for a developer. Started to learn a new framework or CMS. By the time one gets familiar and fluent, a new and better one is already out.

This is just so true.. People these days don't learn languages, they just learn frameworks. It's not bad to reuse, but at the minimum spend some time into understanding what happens backstage!

@manrock007 that's the worst decision they can make according to me. spend time learning language. that way you know the quirks and workings of a language and you can rather easily switch between frameworks (unless it's react) and (God forbid) use multiple at once. there are many angular, jQuery and bootstrap developers out there who dot know Js or css.
